Ghana Fusions is a vibrant Ghanaian food brand based in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. In partnership with the brand, Paraqlet provided strategic communications support through:

Challenge
Ghana Fusions sought to establish itself as a truly authentic Ghanaian culinary brand—one that not only served food but also shared the rich stories, heritage, and cultural significance behind each dish. The goal was to connect with both Ghanaian and broader audiences across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Our Approach
Paraqlet developed a culturally rooted storytelling strategy to shape Ghana Fusions’ digital presence. We created and managed weekly social media content that highlighted individual dishes, linking each one to Ghanaian traditions, customs, and history.
This content was carefully crafted to resonate with Ghanaian audiences and introduce non-Ghanaian followers to the richness of Ghanaian cuisine and culture. Beyond visual appeal, every post was an opportunity to educate, connect, and build community around the brand’s heritage.
Result
As a result of Paraqlet's culturally rooted storytelling, Ghana Fusions boosted their Instagram engagement and follower interaction. The brand also strengthened brand recognition and loyalty within Ghanaian and other African communities in Seattle. This has led to an increase in sales and catering orders. This also caused the brand to be more noticeable, causing them to land a part in BlastFest - Seattle’s biggest Afrobeats music festival!
